Getting Started
Whether you're brand new to Pilates or an old hand, here's how to get started at Pilates 26.

Purchase either a single Casual Visit pass or our 2 Week Trial below. We recommend the 2 week trial as you get 5 classes over the two weeks to explore the 8 Class Styles and 12 instructors we offer.

Download the Gymmaster App from the App Store or Google Play store.

Log in and book your first class. Classes are released a week in advance. If you have never done Reformer Pilates, we highly recommend you attend one of our Introductory classes.

Arrive 10 minutes early for your class, so the instructor can introduce you to the studio. Doors open 10 minutes before class, so don't be surprised if you arrive earlier and find the doors still closed.

Make sure you have socks. These are compulsory for all classes.

Make sure you have filled in any pre-existing medical conditions in your profile, so the instructor is aware of these when you arrive.

Some classes book up very quickly, but don't be afraid to add yourself to a waitlist. Waitlists change very quickly and spots can open up for your preferred class.

If you can't attend a booked class, make sure you cancel your booking at least 8 hours prior to the class so the next person on the waitlist can get into the class.
